Leo is in Haiti - 8:43pm

Hi everyone,

It is now 8:43pm and Leo just called me from the orphanage!

He said the road trip was long and the "landscaping" was unbelievable... he drove by PAP and mention there was a lot of bodies on the side walk, LOTs of destruction... he is in shock and ready to start taking care people ASAP. He will try to email me more info later today!

News from a local Nurse

Just got this from Kim the nurse at the orphanage...will write more when she writes me back:

"david talked to mike-- he is on his way. we went to pap today and talked with the university of miami team that has set up a hospital-- they were pretty well covered.
the dr in titayne was so excited about them comin-- i think they will find some good work there. but really-- any work they can do is good work here in haiti!"

I am happy to know that they made to Haiti.... will keep you all informed!

Leo is now in Dominica Republic

Hi everyone,

Got a call from Leo around 2pm... he had a great trip and is now on Dominica Republic waiting to catch the next flight....

Will keep you all post it... I hope he continue to be able to keep in touch... thanks so so much for all the support we are getting from all our friends!!!

Leo made to Ft Lauderdale and is leaving to DR now!

Just got a call from Leo (10:44am)... he made to Ft Lauderdale and is inside the plane to go to DR... the team are together now and on the way! I will keep you all post it!

I was able to listen to the interview on BayNews, channel 9, but not able to get the video yet! Will post as soon as I can get it!

Dear friends and family,

In a few minutes, I'll begin my trip to Haiti. I wanted to send a quick message to everyone that has contributed to this relief effort. In my 4 duffle bags (packed with medications and supplies) and in my heart (filled with hope and energy) I carry a little piece of each and every one of you. I am an extension, of your goodwill and am humbled by your generosity. I will take with me all your wishes, thoughts and prayers and will deliver them to the poor people of Haiti.

Together we will be saving many lives, healing hundreds of wounds and touching the lives of thousands.
