An email from one of the Translator/ message de um dos tradutores

I got this message from one of the translators that worked with the team this week:
"how are you doing? We had a good time with Mike"s team, A team that i have never met before. The guys were so strong to do the work that God has given us to do. They were so funny. Herby and I have a little fight almost everyday with you husband (Dr. Mike). Leo and I should have met earlier because he is a man of a kind. We love him so much. Joel is a goog one. Chris, the funny Ron, but my favorite one was Dr.Brown. He did many strange operations that I have never seen before. I could actually say from the bottom of my heart they are missed."

A gente amou ele. Joel e muito legal tambem. Crhis e Ron muito engracados, mas o meu favorito foi o Dr. Brown. Ele fez cirurgias aqui que eu nunca tinha visto antes. Eu posso dizer, do fundo do meu coracao, que ja estamos com saudades deles".

10:30am An angel/Um Anjo

Hi everyone.... today I woke up a little "down".... wondering if I will ever be able to finish this process to get the Non Profit... there are soooooooo many forms, with so many attachments..... I did as much as I could,.... but still have some questions... I asked my father in law (Cesar) and my sister in law (Andrea) to review the forms and try to answer the questions... and they both said : "Guiga, is better if you can have an attorney or accountant to review and make sure we have everything right before sending it to IRS"....

I was sitting here in my office, with a LOT of papers in my desk, trying to understand the terminology, understand the question, thinking and remembering my mom...when someone knocked on my door and handle me a $250 check for People For Haiti.... this is what I needed to get my energy back and continue with this battle. I don't know who she is, but this lady made me "continue with the journey".... don't give up! Slowly, everything will happen, and soon we will have our Non Profit Status....

Lady (you know who you are!), thanks! Thanks for believe in People For Haiti!!

Right now... I am hoping to hear from an accountant/lawyer willing to meet with me for 1 hour to review my paperwork and make sure everything is okay to be send to IRS... and I know, I will get a call soon!!

Haven't heard from Leo yet today... but as soon as I do... I will post here in our blog!

Another way to help... make sure everyone you know visit our blog... www.peopleforhaiti.com (goes to our blog address). Thanks everyone... and have a great day!!
